Overview
It may happen that you want to change or migrate licenses between systems due to commissioning new systems or decommissioning old systems at your end. This article describes how to get the licenses transferred.
Information
To transfer license between systems, write to ops@aclate.com and your Account Manager will get in touch with you to complete the process.

License transfers between systems are not handled by the CS team and such requests are to be redirected to ops@aclate.com. CS only handles license requests on emergency cases and their nature is described in this document for Sev-1 Handling.
